Emily earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Endicott College. Born and raised in the Berkshires, she recently moved back to the area after living in Boston for nine years. While in law school, she represented indigent clients in matters relating to housing, family, and immigration as a 3:03 Certified Student Attorney. Additionally, she worked for the Legal Counsel's Office of Governor Deval Patrick's Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development (EOHED). After being admitted to the Bar, she worked as an associate attorney at a busy civil litigation firm near Boston.
Emily is an approved attorney with Chicago Title Insurance Company and a member of the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA). Active in the community, Emily is on the Board of Directors for the Southern Berkshire Chamber of Commerce, the Advisory Council of Chesterwood in Stockbridge, MA, and the Board of Directors for Berkshire Village, the real estate arm of Stanton Home. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and recently passed the New York Bar Exam for admission in New York and Connecticut.
Outside of the office, Emily is a beekeeper with her husband, Saša, whom she met while attending Berkshire School in Sheffield, MA.
